THE EARTH AND THE SKY - pianoworks
music happens within a field of ears. there is no ideal position that can
bring these multiple ears together. we can walk through this field,
have an idea of the invisible roots connecting its growths, imagine other
possible paths that run alongside us. each field and each ear brings its
own set of contingencies. Pisaro's music opens windows to let these in.
positions and paths, bringing also sounds from the grid, generators, pipes,
electromagnetic waves or the nervous system to the surface. the music
is like a mirror in which we see ourselves, reflected through a gauze made
of time that is stretched across the mirror.
